Delivery zones: we are offering free delivery to any address within City of Syracuse. For suburbs (Dewitt, Manlius, Liverpool, Camillus, Jamesville, Onondaga Hill, Cicero, Baldwinsville)  there is a small delivery fee of $15. We are not offering deliver to any further areas outside of Syracuse.

We will deliver kits via contactless delivery this Sunday in the afternoon and we prepare all orders fresh before making deliveries. Your order will be delivered the weekend following your order date if you order before 10pm on Saturday. If you order after 10pm, expect your order to be delivered the following weekend. Please note that you must include information in your order for the recipient including name/phone/address as well as letting them know to expect the delivery between 2pm-4pm on Sunday (so as not to alarm anyone). In order to provide contactless delivery, we will leave the closed shopping bag at the front door and call the recipient's phone number immediately after to alert them of the delivery waiting for them.

We ship via USPS Tuesday - Friday in the afternoon. Your order will be shipped the day following your order date if you order before 3pm. If you order after 3pm, expect your order to ship two days later. For example, if you order at 4pm on Tuesday, your order will ship out on Thursday. All orders placed Friday - Sunday will ship on Tuesday.
